Leadership for Africa

Tansian University aims to become an international leader in terms of ethics, quality of education, and student experience on par with some of the leading institutions across the world. In line with this vision, a Pan-African leadership scholarship is being planned to support one to four students from every African nation to attend the Tansian University.

Together these scholarship students will participate not only in an educational experience of the highest standards, but also in dialogue about leadership, human dignity, ethics and resolution of challenging issues in their own countries. Through this programme they will build long lasting networks with the future leaders of their neighbouring countries, sharing a vision for change and integrity for all:

In the face of serious forms of social and economic injustice and political corruption affecting African peoples and nations, there is a growing reaction of indignation on the part of many people whose fundamental human rights have been trampled upon and held in contempt, as well as an ever more widespread and acute sense of the need for a radical personal and social renewal capable of ensure justice, solidarity, honesty and openness.

This programme for leadership is for all the African nations to be able to send young men and women to learn the proper values that will allow them to go back to their homes, their villages, their towns, their cities and their countries and give the moral leadership that will renew the faith of the African continent for a future free from the diseases of corruption and distrust which are destroying the soul of Africans.

The Tansian University Leadership Programme will seek to instill in men and women the values of truth and dignity that were written in man’s heart from the beginning of time. The programme will equip and prepare them for the leadership roles they are to play in their homes, villages and cities in order to bring all their fellow men and women back to the original dignity that God had planned for every human person.
